A lot of people have been asking what my seasonal job really was. Here are some pictures that sum it up:
See all those toys? I stacked each and every one. So yeah, that was fun. Now I have a job there as a child life assistant. I love it so far!
I love how it is completely acceptable to bring a sack lunch and how I get to see the sunrise and sunset each day.
Also, I love that I get to play with kids. Haters gonna hate when they give me the "you get paid for that?" or the "that isn't a real job" looks, but I just shake it off because I see no better way of spending my time than helping kids of all ages cope when they are in the hospital.
